Critical Wells, be they HPHT, Narrow MArgin, Deepwater,  MPD or a mixture of some or all of them require a greater level of planning.   That planning demands the development of detailed well delivery procedures, integrating and bridging across policy, procedures and practices from Operator, Drilling Contractor and Service Provider.
